In 1878 Manuel Norniella begins in the small village of Colloto what is going to be converted in a centenary familiar tradition.

In his beginnings, the activity centred on the production of the cider, which was obtained of a selection of the best natural ciders. This allowed to Manuel Norniella to be converted in the first one in elaborating this type of product.

The managerial worries and the experience accumulated by the descendants of Manuel Norniella incorporate into the catalogue of products the natural cider and the sweets.

His zeal for offering ciders and qualities sweets they lead to move his productive center to a few more modern facilities in San Martín de Huerces, in the same                       council of Gijón (Asturias). Here GANORI S.A. is
